Petal Drift I is the second kind.
Deep crimson blooms open against a luminous turquoise ground. Pink rosebuds cluster along sweeping branches. Petals drift freely, as if the painting is still in motion. Every blossom is sculpted with a palette knife — a single gesture, unrepeatable — while the glowing background is painted with a brush and spray paint, breathing depth and air into the composition.
Painted in Golden professional acrylics on pure linen canvas.
