Organic Fracture
Abstract painting on 100% cotton paper with naturally deckled edges, prepared with a layer of gesso. Created with acrylic paint and acrylic ink, the work combines flowing washes, transparencies, layered pigments and delicate linear details. Cool blues and greens in the upper section meet the intense reds, oranges, pinks and yellows below. Black branching forms cross the composition like a living network, connecting these contrasting areas. Exposed sections of paper and fine drawn lines create space and rhythm, suggesting an imaginary landscape or an organic world in constant transformation.

Materials used:

Acrylic, ink, gesso
