An early work from the archive: an orientalist-inspired courtyard where architecture, light, and water merge into a complex spatial interplay. Palm trees cast their shadows across ochre walls, while columns and vessels are mirrored in the still pool below.
This work reveals the technical precision from which my later, more reduced visual language would emerge — the attention to light, reflection, and spatial depth that remains at the core of my painting to this day.
