In this painting, I explore calm and stillness through a blue wolf placed in a warm yellow space. I work with simplified forms and intuitive brushstrokes, allowing the image to remain open and slightly unfinished, like a quiet thought.

I created this fox as a quiet, symbolic presence. I was inspired by the calm attention of animals — the way they can be still and alert at the same time. I wanted to simplify the form and focus on warmth, texture, and mood rather than detail.

Working with acrylic and oil pastel on paper allows me to combine soft color fields with a tactile, hand-drawn feeling. This piece reflects my interest in animals as emotional images — gentle, watchful, and deeply present.
