In this painting I imagined a quiet, playful moment: a blue cat resting beside a tree filled with bright oranges. I was inspired by the contrast of deep blue and warm orange, and by the simple joy of everyday scenes turning slightly magic.
I enjoy working with mixed media, combining acrylic and collage elements to create texture, color and a light sense of whimsy.
