This triptych explores the mountains as landscapes of memory rather than literal places. Each panel is an abstract interpretation of mountain forms, shaped by vivid colour, expressive marks, and richly textured layers of paint. The work draws from my personal memories of time spent in the mountains—the shifting colours of the landscape, distant ridges, changing light, and the quiet atmosphere that remains long after leaving. Instead of depicting a specific location, the paintings translate these experiences into an emotional and fragmented visual language. Bold palette-knife gestures and layered colours create a sense of movement and depth, allowing the mountains to feel simultaneously familiar and imagined.

Artwork Format: Triptych — three individual panels
Medium: Oil on canvas
