Kirchgang is an art work from the series the nature is absent. The work focuses on the often hard life of the farmer's wife in the mountains. The only highlight of the week was going to church. But even there you could not be authentic as a woman, since feminine characteristics and women per se did not appear in the context of the church. The picture is protected from the effects of light with a UV varnish, the sides are painted and ready to hang.
