Inflection started from a need to capture that specific, quiet moment when an internal shift happens—when someone is entirely wrapped up in their own thoughts. I wasn't looking to construct a formal pose, I let the emotional weight carry the entire composition.

Working on canvas, I built the surface through several layers of acrylic, balancing luminous warm tones, vibrant red hair, and cool surrounding planes. The form emerges naturally through color transitions and flat fields, keeping the gaze introspective and deeply grounded.

What makes this piece unique is its stillness. It has a heavy, contemplative presence that doesn't try to impress; it simply exists in the room, holding a quiet, intimate space.
