This work was done with a ballpoint pen on office paper А3. I deliberately use the simplest and most non-artistic materials. I want to emphasize the lightness, simplicity, accessibility and illusion of contemporary art.
The work is perceived as a moment of choice or activation, reduced to its simplest form. The geometric lines create the sensation of a tunnel, a corridor or a directed signal leading towards the small black square in the centre — a point of purpose, error or uncertainty. The red axis heightens the tension: it looks like a path along which a command is issued or an impulse propagates.
The picture must be expanded and placed in a graphic frame. This can be easily done by yourself or in any baguette studio.
