Original artwork description
There's something quite magical about hares. I wanted to capture the energy and magic of the hares boxing in the sunlit field.
I start the canvas with a rough pencil sketch and then I add the coloured paper before building up the layers with acrylic paint. The last thing I add are the embellishments of thread, beads, buttons and glitter to pick out or highlight certain areas.
