It could be a modern version of famous Johannes Vermeer's painting "Girl with an earring". I know that smoking is not popular right now, but there are a lot of beautiful girls who still do. I fall in love with this reference photo of a French actress famous in 60-70s due to her style, nonchalance and coolness.
Fine acrylics on a quality canvas stretched on the wooden frame. Varnished with acrylic lack to protect colors. No need for framing since the edge is painted.
