Original artwork description:

This painting has been inspired by a small sketch that I made in the gardens of Kestle Barton on the Lizard in Cornwall, in the Summer. I wanted this painting to be an interpretation of the gardens that were buzzing with birds and bees and flourishing with beautiful flowers. It is a bright and busy acrylic and oil bar painting which is layered and very textural, painted onto a large stretched box canvas approximately 1.2m x 1m.

The artwork is signed on the back and has a protective barrier applied to it to help protect it from UV rays and humidity.

nb: This painting is unframed. If you would like a price for framing please don't hesitate to get in touch.

All my paintings are described and photographed as accurately as possible, but please bear in mind that I have no control over the variation in computer monitor hues. Please also note that any room set images may not to scale and are to be used as a guide only. Referring to the actual measurements noted in the description is the best way to check that the painting you are interested in fulfils your size requirements.

Please Note: I am located in the UK. If shipping this large painting overseas then this canvas will be taken off its stretcher bars and shipped rolled in a strong cardboard mailing tube. When the painting arrives at its destination it will need to be re-stretched before hanging.

Don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.

Thank you for looking.
