It felt as if he was escorting me, guiding me toward safety and a new beginning. In this painting, the stork is that very guide. The rigid, ancient patterns of the embroidery represent our deep roots and history, while the bird’s expressive, textured wings symbolize the soul’s ability to rise above any struggle. It is a tribute to freedom that cannot be caged and a peace that eventually returns to every home.
