Lovely painting. Aleksandr was delightful to interact with. He let me know that the painting would be delayed because he had been forced to flee due to the presence of war in his hometown. The painting was worth waiting for (only a couple of weeks) and I'm glad I can support a talented young artist trying to make his art and make a living amidst the chaos in his country.

the package has been marked as delivered when it is not delivered. I have spent over 150 pound and there is no solution. I want a refund for this item

Good afternoon, yes, the postal service of Ukraine confirmed that they handed over the parcel to the Royal Mail (for delivery within the UK) and the delivery of the parcel, and even sent me a confirmation document (this is a rare mistake from the Royal Mail, and for 5 years robots on Artfinder, and more than 400 successfully delivered painting this is the first time), but I trust you, and despite the postal service claims that everything has been delivered, if the parcel is not found after you go to the local post office, we will resolve the issue with compensation , I always stay on the side of the buyer :)
