Jane M.’s practice has developed through sustained independent studio research and professional studies in contemporary painting at Central Saint Martins, University of the Arts London. Her ongoing body of work, The Geometry of Silence, brings together four interconnected series: Rooms of Light, Fragments, The Shape of Stillness, and Fragments Monument. Each approaches space from a distinct perspective while sharing a sustained interest in stillness, light, memory, and emotional presence.

Through restraint, compositional balance, and carefully controlled light, Jane M. creates paintings that are not simply depictions of places, but quiet spaces in which memory and emotion can emerge. The Fragments Monument series is represented exclusively by UGallery, while works from her other collections—including Fragments, Rooms of Light, and The Shape of Stillness—remain available through selected platforms and directly from the artist’s studio.
