I paint spaces that exist between memory and imagination.
In this work, a single doorway stands beneath a quiet sky, yet nothing asks to be entered. The architecture is reduced to its simplest forms, allowing light, shadow, and proportion to carry the emotional weight of the painting.
I am drawn to places that seem familiar without belonging to any real location. The doorway becomes a symbol of possibility rather than destination, inviting quiet reflection instead of narrative.
Through restrained color, expansive negative space, and geometric balance, I seek to create an atmosphere where silence becomes visible and absence feels present.
This painting is part of my ongoing Fragments series, exploring memory, architecture, and the emotional resonance of simplified forms.
