Recently I was delighted to find my rosemary and lavender flowers on the verge covered in bees.
A neighbour has beehives, so I’m hoping my plants contribute to a plentiful supply of honey. Anyway, I turned my delight into a painting.
As a naturopath, I love the healing properties of this aromatic plant. Rosemary herbal tincture or tea is anti-inflammatory, increases circulation, improves memory and concentration, and reduces depression and headaches, and lavender helps reduce anxiety and insomnia.
