DOLPHIN SMILE (HANDMADE FRAMED) (2017) Original Oil Painting by Liubov Kuptsova

Dolphin Smile is an original oil painting created with a palette knife using the alla prima technique. The painting depicts a joyful dolphin emerging from bright blue water, captured in a dynamic moment of movement and playfulness.
I used vibrant turquoise, blue, yellow, coral, pink and violet tones to create a colorful, expressive image full of energy and light. The thick, textured layers of oil paint emphasize the movement of the water and give the dolphin a lively, almost sculptural appearance.
The painting is created on canvasboard and presented in a handmade white wooden frame, made specifically for this artwork. The contrasting dark inner edge of the frame helps emphasize the vivid colors of the painting.
Dolphin Smile is a cheerful contemporary artwork that can bring a feeling of freedom, summer and positive energy to an interior. It would work beautifully in a living room, children’s room, creative space or seaside-inspired interior.
