STRANGE ENCOUNTERS (2026) Original Watercolour by Eva Fialka

Strange Encounters brings together two imaginary territories inhabited by curious, undefined creatures. Organic shapes, delicate lines and unexpected details intertwine, suggesting a world somewhere between animal, plant and pure invention.

Bright pinks, blues, ochres and violets emerge through layered washes, granulation and spontaneous marks. The work is painted on handcrafted 100% cotton paper, whose naturally irregular deckled edges remain visible and become an integral part of the composition.

Presented as a diptych, the two works create a playful dialogue, each with its own rhythm and inhabitants, yet belonging to the same strange and joyful ecosystem.

Each artwork measures 15 cm× 21 cm and is an original work on paper. They are sold together as a unique pair.
