'Blooming in a parched world' was created to remind us that, just as the desert blooms after the rain, we also rise after our trials. I took inspiration from human resilience, encouraging us to believe we can overcome difficult conditions and thrive wherever life places us.

I made this collage from an assortment of artisan wrapping papers and digitally enhanced photographs, resized them, printed them on canvas paper, and mounted them on cardboard. The collage comes with a complimentary picture mount (shown in photos).

The image measures 29.5cm x 42cm, but with the mount, it becomes 60cm x 42cm overall.
