Black Velvet (2026) Original Oil Painting by Veronica Ciccarese

Nero looks away, pretending to ignore you, lost in his thoughts of silk and his secrets of velvet. But it is only a game of seduction. In that impeccable pose, with the red ribbon standing out like an invitation, Nero is simply waiting for you.
He waits for the moment when, yielding to temptation, you reach out to stroke that sleek back. Only then will his feigned armor of proud isolation melt away: his posture will soften, the velvet will vibrate, and the silence of the room will be filled with the sweetest sound in the world: his purring😻
