Autumn Birches is a limited edition reduction Lino print. This edition was 5 prints.
I love trees, and there was something very dramatic about the darkness of the forest behind the pale tree trunks and the splash of colour added to the scene with the autumn leaves.
A reduction Lino print is formed using layers of colour that are cut and printed from the same block of Lino. This is one of an edition of 5 prints, because of the process of making a Lino print, each one has slight variations making each one of them original.
This is printed using Schmincke water based ink on Somerset Satin 300GSM paper.
The print is numbered, titled and signed on the front and comes mounted in a neutral mount, wrapped in cellophane. The printed image is 30 x 40 cm and the mount is approximately 45 x 55 cm.
The image will be sent securely packaged by Royal Mail.
