Aliran means "the flow of the dramatic drift" in Javanese and "flow or stream" in Indonesian. I like the sound of words and sometimes I research to find the right one. Creative in pigment and creative in wordsmithing. There’s a bit of fizz-pop to this river too, as if there’s a little Yellowstone steam pot hidden behind the valley. Nature so often reaches towards water in life, and in my own mind, it’s just more playful, which works well with an effervescent sky. This is typical of me, making something big of something small; a habit of mine.
