This photograph explores the relationship between light, water, and surface. Scattered across the textured leaf, droplets of water rest only temporarily, catching the surrounding light and transforming an ordinary natural form into a field of reflections.

I am drawn to these brief moments of transition that often go unnoticed. Seen from above and in close detail, the leaf becomes less a botanical subject and more a landscape of veins, contours, and luminous points suspended across its surface.

The bright droplets interrupt the rhythm of the leaf's structure while at the same time revealing it, emphasizing the underlying pattern of veins and subtle shifts in texture. Their presence is delicate and temporary, a reminder of how quickly natural forms change from one moment to the next.

Created in a minimalist visual language, the photograph focuses on texture, light, and observation, inviting the viewer to slow down and discover the extraordinary within familiar details of the natural world.
