    Artist Romas Žmuidzinavičius was born in 1952. He studied at the Vilnius Academy of Arts and Moscow University of Arts. Since 1978 the artist organizes exhibitions, participates in plein air paintings in Lithuania and abroad. He worked as a restorer and contributed to the restoration of the St. John's Church and Verkiai Palace. Artist has a unique multilayer painting technique. His works often include natural transition, urban and religious motives. "I hasten to paint and I do it with great pleasure, colors and visions provide me with strength and brightens the mood" - says the artist. R. Žmuidzinavičius works have been purchased by collectors from Germany, Belgium, Sweden, USA and others. In 2015 the artist was awarded with the status of Lithuanian art creator.
