About Ray Belletty

I don't know what drives me to create art. All I can say is that I am obsessed with creating images and I have been doing it for fifty years. I studied illustration and graphic design at St Martins School of Art and the The Royal College of Art. I have worked as an illustrator and designer/art director in publishing for many years. Over the last few years I have decided to take up landscape drawing and painting. Enjoying working en plein air or in the studio creating images without commercial restraints. I'd like to sell my work on Artfinder as it gives me a chance to sell my work direct to the public without financial risk and gallery interference.
