About Nikola Tsvetanov

Nikola Tsvetanov, a native of the picturesque town of Ihtiman nestled in the enchanting Sredna-Gora Mountain of Bulgaria, entered the world in 1991. His artistic journey culminated in 2016 upon obtaining a master's degree in wood sculpture and carving from the esteemed National Academy of Arts. Prior to this, in 2010, he completed his formative education at the High School of Arts in Tryavna, specializing in the intricate art of woodcarving.

From his earliest recollections, drawing served as a beacon, igniting his fervent pursuit of artistic expression. During his tenure at the Academy, Tsvetanov embarked on a conscious exploration, delving into the multifaceted intersections of art with disciplines such as philosophy, science, architecture, archaeology, and music. Within this rich tapestry, he honed his craft across various mediums, yet it was the tactile allure of wood that resonated most deeply with his soul.
