  • My main artistic fields are wood printing, painting, drawing and installation.  In most cases I am working in series with a clear overall concept and presentation idea in mind. Many of my series emerge over several years, offering diverse perspectives and a development on a subject. I am working on different series in parallel.

    With an expressionist stroke of the brush I am seeking for contrasting aspects like calmness vs. dynamics, emptiness vs. abundance, varying depths vs unbroken colors.

    Working as a professional artist since 1991. Projects and exhibitions since 1993. Since 2012 also working printing and installing wood prints. Member of the National Association of Artists, Cologne (Berufsverband bildender Künstler, BBK).

    The "Kurfürstliches Gärtnerhaus" is a location of the Bonner Künstlerverein.
