Biography
I am a full time artist balancing my time between oil paintings and miniature figure commissions.
My work is heavily influenced by music, film and people, and capturing a strong sense of drama and atmosphere. Be it through the pose, expression or composition, my oil paintings transport the viewer directly to the scene of the image - work at the canvas isn't complete until I can hear the musician bellow out the vocals. My work is created using the highest quality artists materials - ensuring you have a unique piece of professionally crafted artwork direct from the studio.
As a miniature figure sculptor and painter, I have worked on a number of commissions for both collectors and members of the armed forces. I have won many awards for both
figure painting and sculpting and am happy to work on commissions for individuals and companies.

Bold perspective, dynamic composition and strong values are all balanced with visible brushstrokes to achieve a painterly effect and assist in harmonizing the impact of the final depiction. I work only in the highest quality professional grade art supplies. Rest assured when purchasing an original painting you are buying a product that will stand the test of time (unlike many cheaper alternatives). I believe art should be affordable to everyone and try to price my artworks as competitively as possible, taking into account time and materials. In addition to my range of oil paintings I am also a pet portrait artist, providing a range of affordable options and sizes. I am available for private commissions and can be contacted upon request.
