Biography
I am a self-taught contemporary artist based in Warsaw, Poland. I paint because I am obsessed with images, colour, beauty, and the endless possibility of what a painting can become.
Greyhounds are my great passion and a recurring obsession in my work. I love their elegance, their strange human presence, and the way they can slip into almost any role. I place them in different professions, situations and fragments of modern life, using them to play with identity, social masks and the absurdity of everyday culture.
But I don’t want to be limited to greyhounds. My real obsession is the search for new forms, new beauty and new visual worlds. What excites me most is the feeling that I can paint anything. The whole world is out there, and every image I encounter can become a painting in its own right.
My work combines precise, classical oil painting with bold neon acrylic backgrounds and an unapologetic love of intense colour. I call this approach Dopamine Ch-Art (Chart its in polish - greyhound): a visual language built around colour, energy and the pleasure of looking.
I come from a background in marketing and advertising, so pop culture, lifestyle and the visual noise of contemporary life naturally find their way into my paintings. I like art that is intelligent but not overly serious, beautiful but with a wink, and impossible to walk past without looking twice.
