About Audeam Studio

Biography

I am an Italian artist and qualified architect based in Rome. Since I was a child, I have wanted to spend my life drawing and creating. This passion led me to study architecture, where I developed a deep appreciation for form, balance, and craftsmanship. A few years after graduating, I attended a one-hour clay modelling class. That simple experience changed the direction of my life. I immediately felt a strong connection with clay and understood that it was the medium through which I could truly express myself. Since then, I have dedicated myself to a personal artistic journey, exploring the endless possibilities of ceramics. My work is intuitive and organic. I create unique hand-built pieces that embrace asymmetry and reject rigid geometric forms. Each work is shaped by hand and develops its own individual character. Many of my ceramics are vessels inspired by the memory of ancient pottery and traditional containers, while others are purely sculptural. Animals are among my favourite subjects and frequently appear in my work, reflecting my fascination with nature and its expressive forms. Through clay, I seek to create pieces that feel timeless, alive, and deeply connected to nature and human experience. I joined Artfinder because it brings together independent artists and collectors who value authenticity, craftsmanship, and originality. It is important for me to share my work with people who appreciate unique handmade pieces and the creative process behind them.
