About Aneta Gajos

  • Biography

I am Aneta Weronika Gajos, an artist with a sensitive soul who paints the world with her heart and spirit. My achievements are like flames of art, burning brightly and vividly, which is reflected in every piece of my work.

I am not only a Freelance Artist, but also the founder and President of IWS Polska.

I am proud to be a Master Member of IWS and a member of the Board of IWS Globe. I organize and co-organize exhibitions and competitions under the IWS banner.

As the co-organizer and Artistic Director of the International FINEness Art Festival, I bring the magic of art to the global stage.

My work primarily consists of watercolor masterpieces, considered the most challenging of painting techniques. My paintings reflect my emotions and the way I view the world, featuring botanical themes and landscapes that inspire me as I connect with nature in all its aspects.

I do not limit myself to one medium. I have expanded my skills into printmaking techniques such as drypoint, linocut, and even serigraphy (silkscreen printing). My gallery, Secret Art Garden in Klang Dong, Thailand, is further proof of my artistic explorations. In 2023, I began collaborating with AVALON, creating watercolors, linocuts, and ink drawings, which became the foundation for the Art to Wear jewelry and accessories collection. Moreover, as a result of this cooperation, the jewelry I designed became Thailand’s national treasure, the country's official jewelry.

In 2023, I also started working with Wydawnictwo Rudy, which resulted in the creation of *RYBNIK NIEZAPOMNIANY* – a guidebook to a unique city, featuring graphics by Aneta Gajos. In the guidebook, we invite you to join us on a journey through Rybnik. Robert Siewiorek beautifully narrates, blending historical snapshots with curiosities, while I reimagine and paint Rybnik’s corners anew.

I am invited to watercolor festivals worldwide, where I share my skills during live demonstrations and artistic workshops. My paintings adorn the walls of art enthusiasts and collectors in Poland and abroad, including the United Kingdom, the USA, China, India, Singapore, Canada, Germany, and Thailand.

Many of my works have gained recognition at numerous exhibitions, festivals, and competitions. I serve as a juror in watercolor competitions and am often invited to artistic residencies around the world, from Portugal to Macedonia.

I am the author of projects such as "The Beauty of Women," "The Strength of Women," and "Icons of Pop Culture," which highlight the strength of women in various aspects of life.

I am proud of what I have achieved as a Watercolor Master, conducting live painting demonstrations at festivals worldwide. I am the only Polish artist with such recognition at festivals in Budapest, Yangon, Varna, Bali, Zurich, New Delhi, Zakrzów, Izmir, Santa Cruz, and many more.

My heart beats to the rhythm of art, and every brushstroke expresses my soul. Everything I do is driven by honesty, passion, and love for art. That is why I invite gallery owners and art connoisseurs to discover my artistic world and share the emotions that enrich life through art.
