Having started my career in interior design I took a break to bring up my family. For a brief period during this time I dabbled with various art forms and started making and painting salt dough sculptures, both for commissions and to sell in local craft fairs.

A few years ago I started taking art lessons and realised that painting is where my heart lies. After playing around with various mediums and styles I found that contemporary and abstract art were my favourites. I love painting in bold and bright colours, usually with acrylic paint, and my work often has a geometric style to it.
