I struggle with staying on top of it all. I get overwhelmed and my anxiety increases. Things start to take second stage. I start to withdraw. I recognize the steps, but have yet to learn how to overcome it, before it overcomes me. And for all of you out there like me. The ones that struggle with sadness this time of year. Remember, you are not alone.
