Artist’s Statement:
This painting captures the fleeting beauty of a sunset sky — that delicate balance between light and shadow, warmth and coolness. I was inspired by the way clouds transform under the fading sun, creating a natural drama that feels both powerful and serene.

Executed in oil on canvas, the work blends elements of realism and impressionism. My intention was to preserve the true structure and depth of the clouds while allowing the brushstrokes and color transitions to express emotion and movement. The deep violets and fiery oranges merge like a quiet dialogue between day and night — a reminder of how even the most transient moments can carry profound stillness and beauty.
