This painting was inspired by walks along Hathaway Pond here on Cape Cod. Hathaway Pond is one of the cleanest of the kettle Ponds with no homes around it. It is a magnificent pond and I have painted many of my works from here. It holds a place in my heart and I will continue to be inspired by the beauty of this pond.
