Wildlight Meadow is a celebration of spring in full voice, where colour and movement take over completely. I wanted to capture that glowing moment when sunlight spills across a field and everything feels alive — poppies, buttercups, daisies, and wild grasses all swaying together. I painted freely and instinctively, layering expressive splashes of colour, letting drips and textures find their own rhythm. I love that point where abstraction meets something recognisable, when a painting feels both spontaneous and natural. This piece feels joyful and untamed to me, a little slice of the season’s wild beauty caught in paint.
