This quadriptych consists of four completely unique and original abstract oil paintings on reclaimed, recycled wood. This multi-paneled work tackles the beauty of the planet in which we live, and all of the problems that are facing it and our survival. However, they are depicted in such an abstract way with cool, beautiful colors, that the mood of these pieces are peaceful and serene. It is a wonderful juxtaposition of theme and emotional effect. It prognosticates a future, overrun with water and floods. Perhaps this piece will inspire viewers to ponder and meditate on some deeper realities, while enjoying the beauty and serene colors and texture of the painting. Despite some of the underlying themes, there is a peaceful and hopeful energy to these pieces that will bring calm to your space.
