This painting pays tribute to and acknowledges the Australia’s First People throughout Australia and their continuing connection to land, sea and community.
I love it when the light is low, particarly in Summer and the light dances on the water's surface in beautiful squiggly lines, so pretty much only lasting milliseconds, in this painting, you can see the reflection of a nearby tree.
I find light reflecting off the sea, lake or swimming pool so inriguing and calming and I hope to bring that sense of emotion to your space with this artwork..
The sides of the this large artwork have been painted to ensure no exposed canvas is seen.
