Warm yard in Kond, Yerevan (2025) Original Oil Painting by Meruzhan Khachatryan

This colorful painting depicts a charming courtyard scene in Kond, a town in Yerevan. The focal point is a weathered, multi-story building with a wooden balcony adorned with colorful laundry. The building's facade is a mix of faded paint and exposed brick, suggesting a long history. A small, flowering tree adds a touch of vibrancy to the scene, while a set of stone steps leading up to the building hints at a sense of community and connection. The overall atmosphere is one of tranquility and quiet beauty, with the soft light of a sunny day casting long shadows across the courtyard. Artist Meruzhan Khachatryan uses of bold colors and expressive brushstrokes creates a sense of warmth and nostalgia. It's a lovely scene that captures the essence of everyday life in Kond
