Paul has spent many weeks on the North Northumbrian coastline in awe of the huge skies and expansive beaches. Warkworth is one of his favourites. The streams trickling oceanbound from the sand dunes, meandering across the glistening sand flats holds a poarticular fascination.
Warkworth tidal stream is a semi abstract painted in response to that sight. Painted in acrylic on heavy acrylic paper and mounted on board, it is float mounted in a smart black frame.
