Original artwork description
A modern watercolor painting "View of Mount Pip-Ivan in the Carpathians" was drawn from nature during my plein-air travel in the Carpathians in the spring of 2021.
The work was written in one of the most beautiful Carpathian villages at the foot of the Montenegrin ridge overlooking Pop Ivan, one of the highest mountains in the Carpathians, which is located at an altitude of 1936 meters above sea level.
The village is the highest mountainous settlement in Ukraine, located at an altitude of 1500 meters above sea level.
The place is really very beautiful with blue mountains under the snow, bright green meadows and picturesque wooden houses.
I tried to convey in my work the emotions from the seen beauty of nature.
The work was painted by professional watercolors Maimeri Blu on 100% cotton watercolor paper 300 g/m2, which guarantees the durability of the preservation of the work under proper storage conditions, decorated under glass.
Also on my page you can see other original paintings painted from life during my plein air travels in Italy, India, Georgia, Ukraine, Russia, Turkey. And also see my paintings with flowers and still lifes painted from nature.
All the funds raised from the sale of my paintings are used to make my dream of a mobile workshop based on a minibus come true. Now I travel the world on a bicycle, it is very exciting, but for greater productivity I need a minibus in which I will live, travel and paint.
