Original artwork description
"Vento con rossi" is an original oil painting on canvas by Antonino Puliafico, developed around architecture, urban rhythm and shifting light. Measuring 154 × 130 cm and dated 2024, the work balances immediate visual impact with close-range surface detail.
The surface is built through palette knife and brushwork, creating a tactile dialogue between colour, depth and movement. A red palette contributes to the work’s chromatic rhythm.
Wind with Reds" is a striking example of contemporary art, blending the beauty of nature with dynamic and expressive artistry. Measuring 154 x 130 cm (60.63 x 51.18 inches), this large painting commands attention and provides a vibrant focal point for any space.
Viewed from a distance the composition resolves as a whole; at close range, the viewer encounters the individual marks, ridges and chromatic transitions that animate the surface.
For shipping, the canvas is carefully protected and sent in a heavy-duty tube with tracking, together with a Certificate of Authenticity.
Materials used:
First-rate oil colors of the Florentine brand "DI VOLO" applied with spatula were used for the painting, and the pictorial support is a cottono canvas pre-painted for oil painting with Gesso and Glue.
