Velvet Purple Flower Original Oil Painting by Наталья Луговская

I adore subtle, velvet accents in interiors—those rich, deep tones that instantly bring warmth, elegance, and an inviting atmosphere to a space.
In this large-scale oil painting, I wanted to create precisely that feeling. Lush plum, dusky violet, and delicate mauve petals unfold in a dramatic close-up macro composition. By zooming in on the flower's intricate geometry and soft textures, the piece explores a delicate balance of light and shadow, transforming a simple botanical subject into a captivating, almost abstract landscape of tone and form.
