There is a moment in a dandelion's life that happens too fast to see.
One day it is all yellow — loud, unashamed, burning against whatever surrounds it. The next, it has become something else entirely: a sphere of quiet intention, each seed waiting for the wind to decide its fate.
Upon a Dandelion's Sleeve lives inside that transition.
The yellow at the top is not decorative. It is urgent — the last, full brightness of something about to change. Below, the purple forms move through darkness like memory through sleep — not lost, not gone, but travelling. Transforming. Carrying something of the light with them into the deep.
This is a painting about what we carry when we leave the bright places.
