2 separate paintings: Diego and Mariana, Geraldin and Adres (2021) Original Acrylic Painting by Egle Colucci

These are two separate 24x28cm gestural paintings, achieved by large and quick brushstrokes. I have painted it in a calligraphic way, and the most difficult part is to achieve the image without fixing it. One has to be fast, so the paint of the background does not dry. You have no idea how much of these attempts I had to throw away, here I have selected the best ones. I have decided not to frame the two pieces because usually the clients prefer to choose their own color of mat and frame, depending on their interior design.
