Original artwork description
Inspired by colour and shape, light and whimsy. This abstract painting reminds me of river rocks, but the beauty of abstract is that you can see many things in it. Created with textures and visible brushwork. Brushwork is lose and spontaneous and full of verve. A statement piece that can pull a room together and start conversations. Or you can just enjoy gazing at it and finding all the subtle details. Painting by hand in my studio in Nova Scotia, Canada. (Ships tariff free to USA.)
Shown in a few different rooms so you can imagine what it might look like in your home.
PLEASE NOTE: This painting was created on unstretched canvas and will need to be stretched or framed in order to be displayed. Ships rolled. Frame not included.
Once stretched, this painting will measure 40x40 inches. I've painted an extra 2.5 inches all round, so when it's stretched, the image will roll over the edge.
Signature is on the back only, also titled and dated on back.
Protected with a light gloss varnish.
SHIPPING to Canada and USA takes 6 to 10 days.
USA BUYERS:
Original paintings do not incur customs charges when shipped to the United States from Canada. Even though de minimis ended August 29th, original artworks remain duty-free under HTS Chapter 97 of the U.S. customs code. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.
