The islands of the south pacific are generally basking in sunshine and places of sheer beauty and peace. However when the wind howls and the seas raise their heads and pound upon the shore a different scenario occurs. In this painting I have endeavored to capture the power, energy and dynamic beauty of the turbulent seas attacking an island paradise.
