The Trevi Fountain Giclée print by Miroslav Sasek

50.01 x 43cm (unframed)

£78

Watercolour with pen and ink, originally for ‘This is Rome’ (1960). The Trevi Fountain is perhaps the most famous Baroque fountain in the world. Like the young couple and their son directly in the centre of this print, the viewer is enthralled by this night-time scene: its chiaroscuro, its balanced lights on either side – even, it seems, the moon looks on with approval at the magnificence of the Fontani di Trevi.

This print is authorised for publication by the artist's Estate and has a seal of authenticity embossed onto the white paper margin. It is from a limited edition of 850 and is hand-numbered and hand-embossed. This print has a typed caption running along its paper border. The caption indicates permission and authorisation from the artist's Estate, and from the museum or gallery holding the work. The caption will be concealed by a mount when the print is framed.

Dispatch time: 5 working days for unframed prints. 14 working days for framed prints.

Materials used:

Giclée print on 310gsm thick, 100% cotton rag.
