This is a view of The Scottish National Gallery in Edinburgh from Princes Street Gardens during the winter. Edinburgh Castle looms in the background. There's a light dusting of snow on the grass. There really was only one solitary person walking there that day, as it was so cold and wintry. In the summer these gardens are teeming with life. Edinburgh looks so beautiful in the snow. I wanted to capture some of the misty blue/grey light at this time of year in the city.
